I love Anacortes, so naturally I was thrilled when Kaycee told me that is where they wanted their engagement photos taken. The trees, the water, the cliffs and the pebble beaches are sooo magically beautiful. Washington, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful places on earth. It’s a different kind of beauty than most people expect, but once you get past the gray skies and the 62 degree July days (currently I am wearing knee socks and a scarf for warmth), you are bound to be astounded by the beauty that surrounds us.
Aslan and KayCee are about as cute as they get. I love couples that love to go on adventures, and these two definitely fit that bill. KayCee even keeps an extra pair of shoes in her car in case they end up hiking through the woods unexpectedly. We basically went on a mini adventure with them and ended up climbing up cliffs to get some great shots. (I was wearing gladiator sandals… not smart…)Â I had to take a few shots of the scenery and the beauty I have the privilege to live near.
