I think one of my favorite things about my ‘job’ is that sometimes I’m lucky enough to take pictures of people that I cherish. I’m so happy to say that this past weekend, I was that lucky. I’ve known Deena for fifteen years… and capturing her wedding day was both special and a blast. I can say with certainty that Deena has found her match in Behrouz. Together they make one of the most genuine and kind couples I ever met. Their day was quite an experience. It was freezing, beautiful, and the Seahawks were in playing their first Playoff game. (If you are in Seattle, you know it’s a HUGE deal!) Not only was Deena laid back about the boys stealing away every second they could to watch, she even popped her head in the room to watch a few plays too… (Beh, do you even know how lucky you are?!) Their wedding was filled with laughter, joy, tears, Â and a very strong bond with family. It’s so important and so wonderful to see families coming together and celebrating a love the way this group did.
