I knew that this engagement shoot was going to be fun. However, fun is an understatement. Brett and Lucy, first of all looked amazing. Brett was sporting a vintage suit coat and tie. He literally looks like he stepped out of the 1950′s in the radest way ever. I’m actually jealous of his hair. First time I’ve ever been jealous of a dude’s hair. And Lucy was adorable in her awesome sweater that I planned on stealing but didn’t get around to it. The next thing that made their shoot a blast is that they had places they wanted to go, and ideas that were awesome. We just strolled around Capitol Hill, one of the funkiest neighborhoods in Seattle. We ended up at an awesome cafe drinking martinis and eating amazing food. (I had the gruyere, caramelized onion and pear grilled cheese…um. YUM!) Oh, and then Molly Moon because really?! How can you just walk by that place?! I cannot wait to celebrate these two awesome people at their wedding this summer!
