In case the title sounded a bit familiar, it’s because it’s the slogan from Toms shoes. If you don’t know about Toms, for every pair of Toms that are bought they then donate a pair of shoes to a kid in need. Matt and I both have a pair and now Hazel’s got herself a pair of sparkly purple ones. I made it a learning experience for Hazel and told her all about what buying those shoes would do for someone else who was her age. Hazel has the best heart when it comes to helping others, so she looked up at me with giant, concerned eyes and said, “Some kids don’t have shoes? Can we buy them all the shoes?” Sorry kiddo, maybe someday, but for now, just one kid gets to benefit from us… If you haven’t ever bought Toms, or if you like the look of these, I would seriously go out and get yourself (or your kids, or your man) some!
